Information we collect
When you contact us, we may collect your name, work contact details, company, fleet information, service interests and the information you include in your message. Our hosting provider may also create limited technical security logs, such as an IP address, browser type and request time.
How and why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare or discuss a proposal, arrange work and keep appropriate business records. We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract, meeting legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business. We do not use form enquiries for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis.
Form processing and sharing
Website forms are transmitted using Web3Forms, which acts as a service provider for form delivery and may process data in the United States. Its handling and retention depend on the service arrangements in use. You can read the Web3Forms privacy information. We may also share information with professional advisers, technology suppliers or authorities where necessary and lawful. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, any resulting work, legal obligations and the establishment or defence of claims. Routine enquiries are reviewed and deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer of your personal information. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like us to consider a request.
